Big Mix Up

One day at work I sent Nick saying " I love you so much!"

When I went back to my phone my dad had text me back saying " I love you so much to?" like where did that come from.

So I text him back explaining how I was trying to send it to Nick but that I did love him.

He replied with " Ya right your just covering you butt. Your not the good daughter."

I was hurt so I replied with " Whatever I am so the good daughter I made cookies last night."

He text "that's true your the good daughter"

Well we had a family party that night and told the story of how I mixed up my contacts in my text. It was quite embarrassing. Everyone was laughing and saying things like well at least it was something like that instead of something else. So true. That would have been so much worse if it had been something else.

Sisterly Love

Being sisters lots of experiences happen and we adapt and grow together. Well as we have grown and adapted together special names have come along that we all know and answer to.

Jessica- Jessica Rabbit Head,Muffin & Good Daughter
I have no idea where Jessica Rabbit Head came from but my parents have always called me that. Catherine started calling me Muffin one day and it just stuck. I am just the good daughter look at me!

Catherine- City Cat, Cat & Cupcake
She has had city cat since she was a baby to and then of course cat is short for Catherine but Cupcake is from me. She calls me Muffin so I had to come up with some baked goods nickname for her.

Elizabeth- Liz, Lizzy, Wizzy Woo Woo
Lizzys nick names are just funny! The first 2 are pretty obvious but I bet your wondering where we got Wizzy Woo Woo. Well it all started in Seattle when Cat & I got her to pee her pants a couple of times while running to the bathroom. Sarah sat on the toilet so she couldn't get on then I would tackle her while cat tickled her till she peed. Yes it was probably rude but it sure was fun.

Sarah- Sarah Bear, Bear & Good Daughter #2
Sarah got her nickname because it just fits. She is so sweet and likes giving bear hugs. She is the second good daughter because I have married and moved on in life. But will always be #1.We haven't been able to come up with other nicknames because they just don't fit her. What an Angel!

Cat & I are in the process of coming up with a baked goods name for Liz and Bear. It takes time and thought to come up with the perfect one.

It has certainly been a crazy wonderful year. We have been together for 4 1/2 years and still learning so much about each other. It is great!

Testosterone Overload

Have you girls ever had such an overload of testosterone?

Every time I have gone to the movies the past month or so it has been for the new cool action movie. AKA men movies. (not all the time)

What started it was Terminator. It was OK. Not to really hip on it. I haven't seen any of them so I didn't really care.

The second was Hangover. Yes I thought it was going to be funny. NOT!! So by that time I needed to see a good movie in theatres.

Well the last movie I saw was State of Play. It was very good. but still action.

So what did I see next YUP Transformers!! I fell asleep. Need I say more.

So to get me out of my movie slump I was trying to think of a really good chick-flick to watch and was listening to the sound track to What A Girl Wants. I watched it. I cried and laughed. I feel so much better. Girls just need to be girls!

Great/Weird Saturday

So Saturday my mom, cat and I went to donate plasma and the wait was unbelievable. We waited over an hour and still hadn't been called. The girl next to me had been there for 3 hours and just finished her paperwork and was waiting for her physical. So ridicules. So we left and ran some errands. When we went home I started to clean my room and was just in a funk. So my mom and cat helped me clean and organize my room. I love my room now. I being in a funk. I just feel useless. Then my mom helped me make a duvet cover for my down comforter that I bought like 2 moths ago! I freakin love it. Nick was so excited to see our room so clean and be able to use our down comforter. Crazy Saturday.

8 People in 1 house

So my whole family of 6 +2 live in 1 house. There are 2 bathrooms, 2 laundry rooms, 1 kitchen and 4 bedrooms. Now you would think it might just might be able to run smoothly. Wrong. It doesn't. 5 women (hormonal women) don't always get a long. Women just tend to be hormonal and snippy. What I don't understand is how some women can get away with the snippy attitude and talk to people in a very rude manor without getting in trouble and the women who once in a while do get snippy always get in trouble. I don't know if it is because the ones that do have just always done it is just normal and the women who don't its just abnormal. 2 of the women work. Now one has to be professional and the other wears jeans and a uniform shirt. Is it that big of a deal if someone gets a head of the other so they would have either just clothes to wear or church clothes for the next day. People shouldn't be leaving things in the wash over night anyway so if that had been done then the problem wouldn't have happened. Because we all work we generally don't get laundry done during the week. We do it on the weekend. Some people have days off during the week and should have gotten some of it done then. But again we are all busy. We all got behind because they were sick or just way to busy helping out around the house. So what happens when we all try to do it in 1 day. Fights happen, mean things are said. All because of LAUNDRY!!!! Pretty pathetic huh.
